A Vintage Inspired Wedding at Joseph Ambler Inn

Vika and Nathan’s Joseph Ambler Inn Vintage Inspired Wedding. The day started off cool which was unusual for Pennsylvania in August. Joseph Ambler Inn was bustling with wedding preparations ensuring everything was perfect. We found The bride, Vika, as stunningly beautiful and calm as could be. She was surround by her close family and friends finishing the final touches of hair and makeup. Her eyes shone as an excited bride ready for her day. We stole away with the little details of the day, the pastel invitations, textiles, rings, shoes, perfume, and cherished deep violet wildflowers from her home of Belarus. At last Vika put on her dress with the help of her mom and future mother-in-law. She with a calm beauty floated around the room in the elegant chiffon. In her hands her bouquet of light pinks, creams, purples & blues by Froggy’s Garden Flowers.

On the other side of the wall was Nathan and he’s friends, drinking beer, playing pool, and hyping him up to get married. A few moments later we whisked both of them up the stairwell outside to a beautiful large tree where they shared their first look fully decked out in their wedding attire.

Soon after Vika shared a first look with her parents who last minute were able to fly to America from Belarus. Vika was worried leading up to the wedding that her family would not be able to attend due the the war ongoing in Ukraine. Her parents didn’t speak much English but the beauty of emotions is that they need not words to express their depths.

The Ceremony

The wedding party, escorted to the ceremony by a few of Nathan grandpa’s classic cars. The joy of Nathan’s grandpa as they all rode to the wedding in these cars was so special to witness. Vika and Nathan were married by Nathan’s father under centuries old sycamores that line the property. They shared their first kiss as husband and wife and excitedly retreated up the isle.

Vika and Nathan entered their reception and were showered with love in speeches by their parents, best men, and maid of honor. They danced the night away with their loved ones and had a blast. Finally, they ended the night with a sparkler exit and drive away in a white Cadillac. The start of forever 🤍
