Hi my name is Gretchen
I believe in savoring and romanticizing the most mundane moments in life. The in-between moments will be the most treasured and precious at the end of life. Growing up I remember seeing my parents' wedding picture hung above their bed. I saw that picture every single day. For them, it was a reminder of their promise, for me it was a promise of their love. The love they had on their wedding day grew deeper and stronger as the years passed. A moment in time. The start of a new chapter.
My goal is to capture memories that you will hang on your walls. The pictures of your wedding day are to serve as a reminder of the unique love love you have for each other.
I love my husband, Vincent. Our pup Yeti, maple lattes, mountain sunrises, starry skies, and documenting love stories.

I can honestly say I am 100% pleased with Gretchen Hope Photography....I hired Gretchen for my wedding after my original photographer cancelled. Throughout the entire booking process, Gretchen me feel super comfortable, answering all questions and making sure we met and talked about my vision and her style/story before I officially booked. Throughout the planning process, Gretchen was very responsive and helpful with creating my timeline and solidifying other day of details. On the wedding day, she was flexible with accommodating to changes and weather, while also maintaining items and shots she knew were important to me. Really really amazing experience and would absolutely use her services again!!

Gretchen was the photographer for my wedding on 10/7/2023. There was no better choice! She was so fun to hang out with all day long and helped us keep our cool with all the wedding day craziness. We received sneak peek photos just 2 days after the wedding and they are AMAZING. She was really able to capture us as the couple we are. We also had an engagement shoot with Gretchen about a year before our wedding, which was a great way to get introduced to her before the big day. She kept in contact regularly through our long engagement and was just as excited about our wedding day as we were!
