Gretchen took our wedding pictures and every little detail of the experience was amazing! The whole day was such a dream come true, but of course in retrospect there are many details I can’t remember, being the bride and all! Gretchen did a PHENOMENAL job at capturing all those details in pictures! From the decorations of the ceremony & reception, to the smiling & teary-eyed faces of our many loved ones (our wedding was only weeks pre-COVID, praise God!), from our gorgeous wedding party, to my drop dead handsome husband & I ourselves, Gretchen got it all and did it very well. Personality wise, she is such a joy to work with, before, after, & during your event. She is communicative, quick to respond, and is easy to understand. On the day of, she was also VERY fun! You won’t feel awkward, she just blends so seamlessly into your crew of girls and makes everyone so comfortable. Gretchen also hired a second shooter for our wedding (her husbands brother, Robert Trumble, is also a fabulous photographer), so we really enjoyed having the two photographers to work with. While Gretchen photographed my bridesmaids & I getting ready, Robert photographed the guys getting ready. Always a plus to have a second camera, second pair of eyes, second artistic brain on the project. While doing the photos of only my husband & I, Gretchen & Robert we’re both there and made it all so romantic, they played lovely music and told us how incredible we looked, they posed us in many stunning positions and kept us laughing & smiling genuinely the whole way. I guess the sum total of what I’m trying to say is: if you have a desire to have your pictures taken or have an upcoming event you want documented, HIRE GRETCHEN as your photographer!! It’s not a decision you could ever regret!!

Gretchen is amazing at what she does. She is on time for everything, very professional, and makes the events something to look forward to and not stressful. She gets booked very quickly, but she is able to work around everyone’s schedule and is very accommodating.
She did our engagement photos. Prior to our shoot, she gave us ideas for places to take photos and very open to traveling, which is helpful for anyone who wants more adventurous types of photos. We were a little nervous at first because my fiancé and I are not very comfortable in front of a camera; however, Gretchen made us feel like we were just enjoying each other’s company and hanging out with a friend. One thing that I loved about the shoot was that she had her ideas, but she was also very open to any poses or ideas that we had as well. Would highly recommend booking her ASAP!

Gretchen was the photographer for my wedding on 10/7/2023. There was no better choice! She was so fun to hang out with all day long and helped us keep our cool with all the wedding day craziness. We received sneak peek photos just 2 days after the wedding and they are AMAZING. She was really able to capture us as the couple we are. We also had an engagement shoot with Gretchen about a year before our wedding, which was a great way to get introduced to her before the big day. She kept in contact regularly through our long engagement and was just as excited about our wedding day as we were!
