Natalie and Andy’s Engagement Frenchtown, New Jersey

FILED IN: Couples

An engagement is a short special time to work and grow towards marriage. This is by far one of my favorite quotes on marriage by Timothy Keller in his book, the Meaning of Marriage. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to get married, dating, engaged, of married!

“To be loved but not known is comforting but superficial. To be known and not loved is our greatest fear. But to be fully known and truly loved is, well, a lot like being loved by God. It is what we need more than anything. It liberates us from pretense, humbles us out of our self-righteousness, and fortifies us for any difficulty life can throw at us.”  -Timothy Keller

Gosh, I love that quote!

Marriage is an amazing gift and in the same sense a lot of work. It requires dedication and perseverance.

Natalie & Andy met at Villanova University through pursuing a field in education. Andy later proposed to Natalie at the same university in come October they will be tying the knot at the same place! I am so excited for them!

Natalie & Andy found me on theknot.com back in the fall. They reached out and we scheduled a zoom meeting and immediately hit it off! Earlier this month, we met up in Frenchtown, New Jersey. Which I had never heard of but it’s literally 45 minutes from where I’ve lived my whole life. Any-who, Frenchtown is this adorable town, set back in time, with cute shops and nestled along the Pennsylvania-New Jersey boarder with a gorgeous view of the Delaware river. We met up there for their engagement session and explored the small town.

It was so fun getting to know them and such a beautiful, sunny evening. But you don’t need me to tell you all the details-you can just see them for yourselves in the images below!

So without further ado-Natalie & Andy’s engagement session in Frenchtown, NJ.
